Conditions of participation

You can choose one of the most appropriate variants of participation in the exhibition:

Participation with stand.

Minimum space inside the pavilion – 4 m², outdoor space – 20 m²

Equipped Stand.

Includes: exhibition space, wall panels, carpeting, fascia panel (max. 20 symbols), 1 table, 2 chairs, waste bin, general security, aisle cleaning.

Space Only.

Includes: exhibition space, general security, aisle cleaning.

Participation without stand.

catalogue entry in Russian and English;
advertising in the official catalogue;
distribution of advertising materials (brochures, leaf-lets) from the registration desk;
indoor radio announcements during the exhibition;
placement of flags, banners and signs at the exhibition’s territory;
logo publishing at the invitation tickets;
insertion of advertising materials into the official catalogue;
direct mail of advertising materials.

Registration fee.

Includes: exhibitor’s accreditation, entry to the electronic data base, official catalogue entry in Russian and English, 20 invitation tickets to the exhibition for you and your clients, 1 invitation to gala-dinner reception, exhibitor’s badges (1 badge for every 4 m² of exhibition space).
